- Making impromptu site visits once a week to check the contractor's work.
- Final walkthrough with contactor and final punch list
Furnishing Management
- Finalizing rug sizes and Instals
- Managing window treatment measures and installs
- Ordering all furnishings and decorative accents with budget approval
- Providing weekly project updates.
- Tracking all orders and managing them to be received at our warehouse
- Checking for damages, once all items received, and dealing with returns.
- Installing everything for you while you go out for lunch!
